There are many types of exercises out there, but most of them are based on the “no pain, no gain” idea which is all about how you have to push yourself through the pain to get results. There is nothing wrong with that, but it may not be the best fit for everyone.
The great thing about Zumba is you have control over how much you want to push yourself. But most of the times you’ll find yourself doing a lot more as you would exercise on your own. And the best of it all? You don’t even feel like exercising!

Zumba is and has been all about the people from its early days. It’s the most diverse and accepting community when it comes to fitness.
