Deirdre: “It’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time.”

A few months ago, I felt I needed to increase the amount of exercise I was doing to improve my fitness. One morning as I walked into work, an ad for Dance and Health’s introductory offer popped up on my Facebook feed. 

When I discovered that one of the classes takes place very near where I work, I went ahead and booked the offer. As soon as I went to my first class with Susanna in Gloucester Street, I was hooked and delighted with the decision that I’d made!

I’ve been going to Lily and Susanna’s zumba classes for about three months now and its one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. 

Lily and Susanna are both very friendly and encouraging and their classes are absolutely brilliant. They are lively and great fun and an excellent work out at the same time, without any pressure to do every step perfectly. Exercise has to be enjoyable for me and I go to 2 or 3 of the girls’ classes every week now, so that speaks for itself! 

Zumba is definitely helping to improve my overall health, fitness and energy levels, as the classes work out your whole body and are great for toning also.

I work in the city centre and I love the flexibility of being able to attend any of the classes, without having to book a term in a particular location.

I would encourage anyone looking for a fun way to exercise and to feel energised, fitter and healthier to give Dance and Health’s zumba classes a try. You won’t regret it!
