These classes are suitable for you if you have never done any dance-fitness type of exercise before.


The ‘Intensity’ level refers to the intensity of the fitness moves involved in the classes. For example, in the low-intensity classes, there are little to no jumps involved, but as you move up, each level will contain more and more jumps.
