Beginner to Intermediate Level

Simple routines mixed with some more challenging ones.

These classes are suitable for you if you have some experience with dance fitness classes, also if you want to level up after mastering the Beginner level classes. 


The ‘Intensity’ level refers to the intensity of the fitness moves involved in the classes. For example, in the low-intensity classes, there are little to no jumps involved, but as you move up, each level will contain more and more fitness elements such as jumps, squats, high-knees, etc.
