Terms and Conditions

All clients attending the classes and services of Dance and Health must acknowledge, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from the participation of such services.
All clients under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.
Customers also agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Dance and Health and acknowledge that these rules and regulations may change from time to time.
Furthermore, all customers release Dance and Health, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.
Registration & Purchase:
To register or purchase from the Dance and Health online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
Dance and Health may cancel or change a class/venue temporarily or permanently. In the unlikely event, this happens, we will provide as much notice as possible and we will also provide alternative solutions for the use of pre-purchased Zumba passes.
By using this website and/or purchasing services from Dance and Health either online or offline, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We strive not to change venues and instructors however in the unlikely event this happens, we offer alternative solutions for the use of pre-purchased passes. In any and every such case we reserve the right to make the final decision about the best possible resolution.
Dance and Health reserves the right to refuse admission to its classes without further explanation.
Pictures and videos may be taken and recorded during classes and used in a promotional capacity such as Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, the company website, printed media, etc. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions customers give full permission for this information to be released.



Return/Refund Policy

First time new customers (meaning persons who have never attended a class before at any of our locations) who have purchased a new customer offer on our website or at the class may request a full refund for their purchase. They must notify Dance and Health in writing within 24 hours of attending their first class.
Send an email to lily@danceandhealth.com with "refund" in the subject line.
Please note, failing to notify us within 24 hours of attending your first class, your refund request will not be fulfilled.
Refund requests for existing customers will not be allowed under any circumstances.



Cancellation Policy

We do not charge you or deduct classes from you pass for class cancellations or no-shows.

Dance and Health may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
