What is Sizzle?
SIZZLE is a dance-based exercise, with easy-to-follow routines, using the BEST summer hits of all times
Why will you love it?
☀ Short classes – you only need to set aside 30 minutes of your time to exercise
☀ You will dance to the best summer hits from the charts
(and will probably do as much singing as dancing in every class 😉 )
☀ Works your whole body, mainly the thighs and bums, but your abs and arms too
☀ You don’t need any equipment
☀ The classes suit your current level of fitness – you can always do it at your own pace
☀ You can burn up to 500 of calories in every 30-minutes class (the exact figure depends on your current weight, your current fitness level and the intensity at which you do the class).

How do I access the Sizzle classes on Monday?
Just simply sign up for the Open Day which is happening on Monday, 15th February 2021.
You will get immediate access to all our Sizzle classes.
What is the difference between SIZZLE and ZUMBA?
The main difference is the music.
While Zumba is focusing mainly on Latin and international music, SIZZLE on the other hand is all about the well-known summer hits.
SIZZLE classes are 30 min classes, while our ZUMBA classes are 45 minutes.
Do I need Zoom to attend the classes?
No. Our classes are pre-recorded, so you can log in and do them at the time that suits you best. All you need is internet connection.
Do you have a timetable?
All our classes are pre-recorded and available on-demand. It means you can do any class, any time, from anywhere.
Will you keep going with the online classes even when things go back to normal?
Yes, definitely. We will keep going with the online classes.
I’m very unfit. Can I still do your online classes?
Absolutely. ZUMBA and SIZZLE help you improve your fitness levels. We advise you to start at a pace you are comfortable with. Start with only 1 or 2 classes per week. Too much too soon can put you off.
I can’t dance, are your classes for me?
Definitely. Our ZUMBA and SIZZLE classes are very easy to follow, and suit everyone who wants to have fun while exercising.
